Founder & Managing Director
Jack has a passion for lighting and how it can be used to engage, create emotion and excitement. Jack has delivered on various productions and events over the years from talent shows to comedy, music as well as large scale corporate events.
Jack ensures JLL’s focus is on delivering great Lighting solutions that surpasses the client’s expectations whilst coming in on time and on budget.
Office & Logistics Manager
Ellie is an integral member of the JLL Team and a key team-player. She ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the JLL office as well as managing and overseeing logistics. This includes liaising with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.
Paula is the friendly face of the accounts department and is the main point of contact for financial matters.
Paula prepares budgets, completes the bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company. In addition, Paula also administers the payroll and as well as controlling income and expenditure.
Assistant to the Operations Director
Stu has many years of experience within the industry, working on events ranging from large festivals, pre-recorded and live television as well as EU conference work.
Stu works closely with Dan assisting him with Project Management of events, as well as being a key member of the warehouse team.
Dan has many years of experience within the industry, working on events ranging from large festivals, pre-recorded and live television as well as EU conference work.
In his role as Operations Director, Dan coordinates the internal structure of JLL ensuring all goals, and objectives are met as well as ensuring an efficient working environment.
Chris has a wealth of experience from the lighting/audio visual sector. As part of his role at JLL, he oversees the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of all equipment and is a vital part of the supply chain process.
Chris also manages the warehouse team, processes and systems in order to ensure productivity targets are met as well as maintaining standards of health, safety and security within the warehouse.
Driver & Warehouse Technician
Michael works alongside the warehouse team and is key in assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of JLLighting.
The first part of this crucial role involves driving the JLL fleet, making deliveries of our entertainment equipment to the television and events Market. Michael can often be seen in London, Manchester, Glasgow and even Ireland! The second part this varied role involves helping the warehouse team with receiving, stocking, processing, maintaining and distributing all equipment.
Sam is the newest member of the JLL team. After studying Media at college, Sam is keen to increase his knowledge within the industry.
Sam works alongside with the warehouse team receiving & processing stock, helping JLLighting maintain a smooth operation.
